lovely pool area, basic room cleanliness, excellent views from some apartments
The lack of a kettle in the room was frustrating!!! Navigating numerous stairs can be a hassle for those with mobility issues!!! The nightly entertainment was scarce, leading to boredom during our stay!!!

Surprisingly good value!
We stayed for 9 nights and enjoyed our one-bedroom apartment. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, which was a pleasant surprise! The pool was nice, although it could’ve used a bit more seating. The bar staff were friendly, but we did run into some issues with drink availability on a few days.

this hotel was an absolute letdown. towels, threadbare and grey, are not what i expect in a supposedly nice place. the all-inclusive food? luke warm at best. as a guest, thought i might merit an upgrade or at least a decent cup of tea—neither were forthcoming.

The pool area is quite nice, and there's a solid variety of all-inclusive cocktails that exceed what you'd typically expect from a budget option. I enjoyed the large selection of food available, which was good enough to keep me satisfied throughout my stay.
The room was pretty outdated, with a paper-thin mattress that made for a less-than-comfortable night’s sleep. While the location does offer a view, it comes at the cost of being situated at the top of a steep hill which can be tiring to navigate. The nightly entertainment was scant. It could use some more variety to keep guests engaged. There's a peculiar system for renting out appliances like safes-charging both a deposit and a usage fee feels odd. Lastly, communication about room cleaning was lacking. I found out rooms are only cleaned every other day, which was a bit of a hassle, especially considering the open bin situation for toilet paper.

It was just a good match for a fleeting moment in Puerto del Carmen with good value. The best part was the friendly service at the pool bar, where the staff were always upbeat. Bring your own snacks if you're going all-inclusive. the choices for children aren't great.

Charming, Charming, Charming
I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely pool area, where I spent hours soaking up the sun under a beautiful sky. The buffet had a reasonable choice of food, perfect for satisfying our appetites after a day by the pool. Plus, having a private patio meant we could enjoy our morning coffee outdoors—it was simply delightful!

Had a great time with friends! The hotel offered nice facilities including a lovely pool, bar, and children's pool. We explored the nearby restaurants on the promenade and even booked some exciting excursions. Though the food was basic, we enjoyed the drinks and atmosphere overall. A fun spot for a vacation under the sun!
The shower had some hot water issues, which was a bit frustrating, especially after a long day exploring. Just a heads-up !
